Abibinnwom (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, avatar.
• Listening activity: tracks played, favorites, playlists.
• Purchase information: order history (processed by our payment provider).
• Technical data: device, browser, and basic analytics.

How we use your information

• To deliver the streaming service and protect premium content.
• To process payments and grant access to purchased items or subscriptions.
• To improve recommendations and the overall experience.
• To communicate important account or service notices.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run Abibinnwom (e.g. payment processor, infrastructure provider) under contractual privacy obligations.

Your choices

• Update your profile from your Account page.
• Cancel your subscription anytime from the customer portal.
• Request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) to keep Abibinnwom working and to understand how it is used.

What we store, and why

• Strictly necessary — authentication session, playback state, audio volume, recently-played queue, and your consent choices. Without these the app cannot sign you in, keep you logged in, or play audio. These are always on and do not require consent.
• Functional — UI preferences such as theme, language, and recently viewed items. Used to remember your settings between visits.
• Analytics — aggregated, pseudonymous data about which pages and tracks are popular, error rates, and basic device information. Used only to improve the product. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
• Payment provider — when you check out, Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout page for fraud prevention and to complete your purchase. These are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Managing your consent

• You can accept or decline non-essential cookies the first time you visit Abibinnwom.
• You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.
• Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely in their privacy settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and playback from working.
• We honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser, and treat them as a request to disable non-essential analytics.
