Refund & Cancellation Policy

Abibinnwom sells digital audio content (songs, albums, lectures, audiobooks) and recurring subscriptions to a streaming catalogue. Because these are non-tangible digital goods delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and whether the content has been accessed. The terms below apply worldwide, and statutory consumer rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal) are preserved in addition.

Single tracks & albums

• Refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the item has not been streamed or downloaded.
• Once playback begins, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
• Manual grants and gifted items follow the gift terms below, not this section.

Lifetime access

• Refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no premium content has been streamed.
• After any premium playback, the lifetime purchase is final.

Monthly subscriptions

• You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your access continues until then.
• Monthly charges already incurred are non-refundable and partial months are not pro-rated.
• First-charge exception: if you have not streamed any premium content in the period, contact support within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.
• Automatic renewals are not refunded after the renewal date — set a reminder to cancel before renewal.

Yearly subscriptions

• Refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal, minus a pro-rated amount for days of access already used.
• After 14 days, the remainder of the term is non-refundable; you keep access until the period ends.

Gifts

• A gift can be refunded to the sender within 14 days of purchase, but only if the recipient has not yet redeemed the code.
• Once redeemed, a gift is treated like any other purchase and follows the rules above.

EU & UK consumers

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By starting playback or downloading content before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost for that item, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This consent is collected at checkout.

Always-refunded exceptions

The following are always eligible for a full refund, regardless of the windows above:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Technical failure on our side (file will not play, access never granted, account inaccessible).
• Unauthorised or fraudulent charges (we will also secure the affected account).
• Material misrepresentation of the content purchased.

Non-refundable items

• Promotional, discounted, or bundle pricing where the discount has already been redeemed.
• Items granted manually by an administrator at no cost.
• Currency-conversion losses between the purchase and refund date.

How to request a refund

Email support@abibinnwom.com from the address on your account with your order reference and a brief reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to display them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can. Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may result in the affected account being suspended pending review.
